Shipping Policy

We’re so glad you’re here—thank you for supporting Heaven Walsey Design! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer—if so, it’ll be noted in the product description.

During holidays or shop restocks, please allow extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – calculated at checkout
- Priority Shipping (2–3 business days) - calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unexpected events. If your order seems delayed, please check your tracking info or contact the carrier first.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking info says "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:
- Double check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait 1–2 days (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early)
- Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help

Please note: We are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation if you're concerned.

6. Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily reship it—but additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations as your item may already be in process.
